Chris Pansa

Chris is a military infantry and security Veteran with 14+ years of real-world experience, including surveillance and investigation techniques. He has worked directly with the human intelligence team(HIT) to build cases that led to apprehending high valued Individuals in southern Afghanistan. While deployed to the middle east, Chris conducted multiple operations ensuring Embassy and Consulate security was delivered to the Department of State(DOS). He worked directly with DOS diplomats, ambassadors, and officials on obtaining venue locations and tactical site surveys. He constructed and rendered mission-specific load plans, routes, and timelines for the DOS personnel. While assigned to the Consulate General in Basra, Iraq, Chris conducted over 200 high threat protection missions. Upon returning to the US, Chris accepted the position of director of security, where he developed security and safety programs customized to the needs and goals of the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). After the USACE, he went through Pasadena’s Police Academy, where he obtained his Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (T-COLE) license and still serves as a Peace Officer. Chris holds instructor certifications from the National Rifle Association (NRA) and the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).

He has deployed credible and highly trained security skills to safeguard persons, facilities, information, and assets. He has driven and developed security and safety programs customized to his clients' organizational needs and goals. Mark has actively collaborated with internal team members, stakeholders, and agency leaders to protect their assets. Productively motivated teams and individuals while maintaining a strong vision for success and effective security management. Highly versatile, quick-learning Spanish speaker/trainer, and capable of readily establishing a positive and dependable rapport with team members.
